OpenTF Documentation & Registry

Not sure which repo is the right one to post this, currently HashiCorp have the terraform website with all its documentation and registry, is there an intention for OpenTF to have its own documentation site and more importantly a common nodule\provider registry.

I feel its important that OpenTF should not have any reliance on HashiCorp moving forwards as who knows they might change the license or start charging to have things listed in their registry
