The front matter tag page title should be overriding the text in the sidebar. For example the aws guide with source here has title Using the Terraform awscc provider with aws provider which is what should be dispalyed in the sidebar, as opposed to using-aws-with-awscc-provider.

The filename of the doc page, especially when it comes to guides, isn't always what's intended by the provider author to be displayed.
