Hi,

This is more a conceptual question than anything to help plan a project: Is it feasible to add OFI as a (tag-matching, rma, atomics) transport layer to UCX at some point? Our strong preference is to use UCX as our only interface to network hardware, but there are vendors who have contributed transports like opx or cxi to Libfabrics but not to UCX.

If that is not feasible then it may be easier for us to plan on supporting both UCX and OFI backends barring vendor support for UCX.
