[Meta] Triage Session

This is a meta issue for tracking Triage sessions in our telecon meetings.

Triage sessions are:

• Timeboxed to 20 minutes.
• Within this time we will look at issues and make quick assessments on what to do with the issue:
  • We might consider these issues done, or un-actionable, then we can close them.
  • We might need more info from the OP, or someone commenting. In this case we might quickly comment and assign or mention relevant folk, encouraging them to reply.
  • If we spend more than 1 minute discussing them, or if we think they need more involved discussion, then we can chose to mark them as agenda+ to discuss in more detail at the next telecon.

The net result of this session should be 10-15 issues either: closed, commented on, or marked agenda+.
