Hi OpenVINO Maintainers

I’m looking to start contributing to the OpenVINO codebase and wanted to check in with the team on a few quick questions

1. Are external contributors still contributing as i see the new issues being given internally to intel people?
2. is.openvino planning to participate in 2027 cycle
3. Which areas or sub-components are currently best suited for external contributions?
4. is there any active Good First Issues that i can start with
