[Good First Issue]: No output from ollama.exe

Context

I am trying to run the OpenVINO Integration with Ollama on Windows.
Following the README, I have downloaded the exe and set GODEBUG=cgocheck=0.

When I run ollama serve there is no output.
I am using Powershell with the commands:

 set GODEBUG=cgocheck=0
.\ollama.exe serve

I have also tried running the setupvars.bat file before trying to serve Ollama, but that doesn't help.

What needs to be done?

I have the same problem, so wondering why this got closed.

Sorry, I closed this as I was able to get it working. I am not sure why but using Command Prompt rather than Powershell seemed to solve the issue. Happy to reopen if needed.

If I run ollama from the Command Prompt, some GUI error messages appear about missing DLLs. For some reason, they don't show when using Powershell.
