Standardize SIG Pages Structure: Refactor All SIG Pages to Use a Unified Layout and Navigation Structure #233

Description

@skounis

Several Special Interest Group (SIG) pages under [tac.openwallet.foundation/SIGs/](https://tac.openwallet.foundation/SIGs/) currently use inconsistent formats, tool references, and structures. This creates a fragmented user experience and makes it difficult for new participants to find essential resources such as meeting links, GitHub repos, or discussion channels.

This task aims to standardize all SIG pages using a common MkDocs + Material-friendly layout that includes clear calls to action and consistent navigation.

Goals

Refactor each SIG page to include the following sections:

  1. Hero Section with Call-to-Action Buttons:

    • Join the Discord channel
    • View calendar / Join calls
    • Access GitHub repository
    • Access wiki / documentation
  2. About This SIG:

    • Short overview and purpose
    • Link to TAC acceptance meeting (if available)
  3. Meetings:

    • Time, frequency, joining info
    • Links to calendar and meeting details
  4. Communication:

    • Discord channel info + invite
    • Mailing list or forum (if applicable)
  5. Resources:

    • GitHub repo(s)
    • Wiki, Confluence or other knowledge bases
    • Link to deliverables, meeting notes, or shared drives
  6. Workstreams / Deliverables:

    • Highlight key initiatives or output areas
    • Link to GitHub projects, issues, or documents
  7. Footer with repeated CTA buttons
