CH32L103 series is an industrial-grade low-power general-purpose microcontroller based on QingKe RISC-V core. CH32L103 built-in USB and PD PHY, support PDUSB, including USB Host and USB Device functions, USB PD and Type-C fast charging function, built-in low-power timer, provides 1 OPA, multiple groups of CMPs, 4 USARTs, 2 I2C, 2 SPIs, 1 CAN, multi-group timers, 12-bit ADC, 10-channel Touchkey, etc.

The L103 is included in the boards, but you may need to install it manually by overwriting the installed release 1.0.4 code by the latest code in the master branch. Also look add the changes in PR's to see if there are proposed changes that can benefit you.

Note that the support may not be perfect. Unfortunately I don't have any L10x chips, so I can't share any personal experience. However, others did and I saw some issues mentioning the L103. See issues #149 and #155. Good luck!
