Serial not work in ch32v003

i use serial with ch32v003f4p6 PD5,PD6, Serial.available() and Serial.read() not work. Serial.available() always return -1, Serial.read() only get first byte, and lost other bytes

Known issue. The fix/workaround I made in PR #201 resolves both of your issues. Others tested and confirmed the fix... (Interrupt driven serial #201)

Please try that fix and close this issue if it works for you.

General recommendation
I recommend all users to first update their v1.04 core with the files of the current latest master branch. It contains many improvements.

• Download zip of latest master branch and copy the contents to your installed location.
  For Windows - copy/overwrite all contents to this location:
  • C:\Users\username>\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\WCH\hardware\ch32v\1.0.4
• Review unmerged PRs to see if they fix your specific needs. Manually copy their changed files to the proper location.
