WPA fixes applied to different hostapd?

It appears the patches included in cf94aa4 do not apply cleanly during build to the 1e22c9b9eb691878156dfe32fb1e117737f1d248 commit of https://github.com/openwrt/archive.git as mentioned in the readme (or possibly the openwrt-packages).

Did these ever apply cleanly for you?

Is it possible you were using a newer commit of the openwrt-archive?

I noticed that https://github.com/buzztiaan/openwrt-pxa-target had a commit with comment of "updated to newer hostapd". Will take a look there. buzztiaan@d477965

Did these ever apply cleanly for you?

I was building the public repo with this commit so it worked at some point. Perhaps during the openwrt / LEDE debacle something happened to the commits. I'm not really sure.

Hopefully @buzztiaan works. Please report back if it does

i -think- i needed that hostapd update for WPA2 support after those CVEs
