Scroll bar on docs site broken for firefox #131

Hi, your doc sites are broken on firefox e.g. https://openxla.org/xla and https://openxla.org/stablehlo
The scroll for the menu bar down the LHS doesn't work, so I can't scroll to the lower options.
I'm on firefox 142.0
