[feature request] The observability of raven's cross-edge traffic

Basic metrics of cross-edge connection

Connection status, reconnection counts.
PPS/BPS, Summary of data consumed
Flow infos:

which ip<->ip traffic be transmitted through raven tunnel.
Connection quality & stability:

drop & retransmission on connections
RTT on connections
