zfs-utils and autosnap when installing openzfs from source?

Hi, I built and installed openzfs 2.4.1 on Ubuntu 24.04 using:
https://openzfs.github.io/openzfs-docs/Developer%20Resources/Custom%20Packages.html
for instruction.
However, it apparently did not install auto snapshot.
Could you kindly tell me how to get auto snapshot working? Thanks
