Fedora 44 repo

The Fedora 43 zfs rpms do seem to work with the Fedora 44 kernel. So it isn't a compatibility issue. It is just the need to rebuild the rpms, and to create the Fedora 44 repository.

Thanks for the heads-up. I see that Fedora 44 is scheduled to come out April 14 2026 (tomorrow). Once Fedora releases their qcow images, we can update our CI to test against it. If the tests pass, we will build the new ZFS RPMs.

When compiling from source on Fedora 44 Aarch64 all the NEON intrinsics are broken. From what i have seen its caused by the new fedora 44 version of GCC being very strict.

There are multiple of this error all over the place. All looks like its from the zfs/module/zfs/vdev_raidz_math_aarch64* area.

FC44 now delayed until 28th April.

I understand but you can still install it via a system upgrade from 43 -> 44. I'm just posting in preface of what is to come. I understand it will probably be delayed again at the rate that its going too.
