Describe the problem you're observing
I think I shared it some similar place, but I will repeat it. Sorry if I do something wrong. Seems complicated where I require to share my issue...
Greetings folks. I have been experiencing issues with ZFS filesystem. Thumbnails aren't shown for some file extensions. Commonly for "mp4" and "png" files. Things I did...
1... Turning off and on "Always show icons, never thumbnails" from Explorer options.
2... Deleting thumbnails from Disk Cleaner. I have given it a show a few times.
3... Changing default app that opens the png files. Did this a few times.
4... Rebooting the device. I also did this a few times.
None of these worked.
To your knowledge: Thumbnails are turned on.
This only happens on ZFS - not on other file systems like NTFS.
I can observe other files' thumbnails like "jpg", "gif" ones.
When I change the extension of "png" files to "jpg", the thumbnail comes and gets generated by Windows. But when its "png", the thumbnail is not shown. It's just an icon.
Please, assist me with this issue. Sometimes or some "png" files have the thumbnail generated but it stops later. It's again all icon instead of thumbnails.
Expecting your assistance. You may see it from the pictured I shared:
Sincerely yours, GAMBOT.
Describe how to reproduce the problem
My thumbnails cannot just be observed. Just directly, I have never been able to observe mp4 thumbnails. And then, thumbnails for png files are gone, too. Now, I cannot observe them.
I have the compression turned on maxed out, by the way. But I can still see thumbnails for gif files.
