Released libzim_wasm-emscripten-9.3.0-1.tar.gz is faulty - does not contain wasm binaries (lib is empty)

As per title. The lib directory inside the unzipped tar is empty (this is where the wasm binaries should be stored).

This causes my tests to fail on https://github.com/openzim/javascript-libzim .

Direct link to faulty release is: https://download.openzim.org/release/libzim/libzim_wasm-emscripten-9.3.0-1.tar.gz . But it's the same with https://download.openzim.org/release/libzim/libzim_wasm-emscripten-9.3.0.tar.gz .

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this needs to be fixed downstream in kiwix-build. I opened kiwix/kiwix-build#820 for that, where I may have identified the point at which the build error was introduced.

It is probably worth keeping this open as a check that everything is resolved before v10.0.0 is released.

@kelson42 After the fix from kiwix/kiwix-build#820, nightly builds are now working again on javascript-libzim, yay! 🎉

I think it would be safe for you to now to update the public release as well, which would re-enable our build verification test (which requires the latest production package to be available and correctly contain required binaries). That would close this issue. Many thanks!
