No, we haven't discussed a strategy

This should be automated as much as possible from my PoV.

I think we believed #13 would be completed by then. Here lies the difficulty. As well as migrating the remaining stuff (zimfarm at least) using specific images. Most scrapers I think are using images like python:3.x-variant which already handles minor updates.
