rename misleading /selection/simple/lists endpoint

The endpoint /v1/selection/simple/lists returns all builders for the logged-in user, not only Simple selections

It is used by My Selections page and the Combinator builder picker, so the current name is misleading. I propose adding a clearer alias such as /v1/selection/lists
