I doubt zimit will be fine, the website is plain static so very good for zimit but I'm really not sure all required resources will be loaded without any user interaction.

Another strategy would be to use their release at https://github.com/gchq/CyberChef/releases and push them to a ZIM. Not sure nautilus can easily add all resources found in a ZIP to a ZIM, @rgaudin?

Neither will zimit (stuff are loaded upon use) nor nautilus (would use nautilus home) be appropriate without tweaks. I think the easiest and the cleanest would be a zimwriterfs-like recipe. Because the need is so rare, we tend to create those ad-hoc but we could imagine a simple ZIP offliner that worked with the Zimfarm (discussed multiple times).
