How to modify tags to have hyperlinks based on conditions

My work involves having hyperlinks for Tag (Key-Value) pair. Few of my tags needs to navigate to external url once clicked. So how to edit zipkin-lens to have this customization for tags. If able to change the tags based on condition, how can I run/attach the zipkin-lens module to zipkin-server module. Usually I run java -jar zipkin***.jar but when changes are made to the zipkin-lens, how to run java -jar zipkin***.jar ?

As per your question, this has come up a few times but currently we don't support hyperlinks in tag values. openzipkin/zipkin#2251 may be something that could go in that direction but it's not done yet. Having said this, most browsers support selecting link text then right-click to open it, is this not sufficient ?
