Reserved Namespaces

Implement reserved namespaces that allow for creating reserved shares with an account-controlled scope.

Reserved share (myshare):
myshare.share.zrok.io

Reserved namespace (homelab):
myshare.homelab.share.zrok.io

This would be super useful in testing enterprise application locally, where each team has its own subdomain. For example, team-a.myapp.share.zrok.io and team-b.myapp.share.zrok.io, where both would proxy to the same service on the (myapp) namespace at myapp.share.zrok.io. It be great if the caddy backend can also generate the wildcard TLS certs for the reserved namespace (*.myapp.share.zrok.io).
