What exactly is this Allwinner device I got?

Hello. I have this device that was purchase for the intents of being a TV box and promised 4K output and it can't barely do 720p at 30FPS, and it is terribly slow, filled with all sorts of bloatware that auto reinstall on a power cycle, even reports wrong RAM and Android versions unless I use Aida64, and even then it still says 128GB of RAM, which isn't true whatsoever. I'm more interested in knowing what exactly this is, and if the project can work on it, because I may be able to at least turn it into a server if anything for it has a 5GHz WiFi antenna and I could always attach some extra storage, but processing power is just terrible, I cannot stress it enough just how BAD this is.
