add a section that gives step by step how to start and use the opi-strongswan-bridge

curent docs explains the poc in detail , but we should have a section on how to start the opi bridge standalone.
explain the prerequisites like strongswan... and then command to start the the container ... from docker registry for release versions  and how to build it from sources ....
