The list of countries in the GeoIP alias dialog does not include some of those that the API returns

Describe the bug

When I resolve a certain IP address, through IPInfo.io, it returns Kosovo for the country. However when I create a GeoIP alias and want to check that country off, it is not on the list.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Firewall/Aliases
2. Click on +
3. Drop down the Europe combobox
4. Type 'kos'
5. Kosovo will not be on the list

Expected behavior

Kosovo should be on the country list for Europe.
