OpenVPN Server redirect-gateway disable

If you create an OpenVPN server, you cannot disable the redirect-gateway option.

As per https://github.com/opnsense/core/blob/master/src/etc/inc/plugins.inc.d/openvpn.inc#L430-L435, if you don't have anything set up for redirect-gateway, it will default to push redirect-gateway def1.

It would be nice to add a disable option for it, as I only want to access the remote site local network, and route the traffic through my local internet.

I am using OPNSense 26.1.
