Describe the request
Redesign Oppia's Web Footer. Improve visual design and layout.
Review two existing footer mockups and decide to keep minimalist design or redesign for consistency. Evaluate page intent and either (1) consolidate into one footer or (2) define when each footer variant should be used. The goal is consistency, clarity, and predictable navigation for users.
Reference the official website and currently existing UI components in Oppia's Design System. Reference the Oppia Master Top Level Pages to view the two versions of the footers.
Context for the request
The Master File CUJ (Critical User Journeys), contain 2 different footers on the top level pages and need to be consistent.
