[Feature Request]: Adding Download Certificate button to the Accomplishment-Contribution Stats Tab page when Translations Review is selected from the Contribution Type menu

You can Download Certificate from Accomplishment-Contribution Stats Tab for Translation Contributions option. But this feature is not available when you choose Translations Review instead.
When Translations Review is chosen from the Contribution Type menu; you can only see the stats but the Download Certificate button is not available.

Hi,
I’ve successfully set up Oppia locally and it’s running on http://localhost:8181/. I’d like to work on this issue.

From what I understand, the “Download Certificate” button appears under Translation Contributions in the Accomplishment → Contribution Stats tab, but it’s missing when Translations Review is selected from the dropdown menu.

My plan is to find where the Accomplishment/Stats UI is rendered (probably in contributor-dashboard-page.component.html and .ts), reuse the logic that currently shows the Download Certificate button for Translation Contributions, and make it appear for Translations Review as well. I’ll also test both options to make sure the button works correctly in both cases.

I’m ready to start working on this once assigned. Could you please assign it to me?

The reason I requested this, because reviewers including myself are unable to issue contribution certificates, unlike translators.
