Welcome screen in AI agent view #87
Description
Context
The AI agent panel is empty with no welcome or guidance for the user on what to do
Coding agents oftentimes have welcome screens that show greet the user and, more importantly, guide the user on what the agent can do.
Proposal
Add a "welcome screen" to the AI agent view.
