Treat Karaf features as dependencies when useDeployFolder(false) [PAXEXAM-754]

When using the KarafFeaturesOption to depend on a feature being available, together with the useDeployFolder(false) option, the test-dependencies.xml file generated by the Karaf test container will not list the given features as dependencies.This would help ensure that all required bundles were started before running the tests.
