Allow for re-analysis of data when performing an optimization or parameter scan

I am using the TemplateEvaluator to run optimizations and parameter scans.

It could be very helpful to have an option to reanalyze the obtained simulation data prior to resuming an exploration.
This could be used, for example, when there was an error in the analysis but the saved data is still usable, or when a change in the calculation of the objective is desired.

Thanks for proposing this! It will also be useful to me to implement re-analysis. I'm running two cases of optimisation with different purposes one after another. But the data from first case will be a useful reference to the second one, and the range of the parameters are roughly similar. Hence if re-analysis is available, the efficiency of the second case will be evidently boosted.
