Motivation
https://github.com/gradio-app/trackio is a fully open-sourced experiment tracking package having almost same syntax as wandb. I'm wondering if we could have a callback similar to wandb/mlflow.
Description
To address the feature, add trackio callback and its test. https://optuna-integration.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/generated/optuna_integration.WeightsAndBiasesCallback.html#optuna_integration.WeightsAndBiasesCallback will be helpful.
