Blog main module is disabled

I installed Blog v6.2.0 on Oqtane v6.2.0 and attempted to add the Blog module to the Blog page. However, the Blog module does not appear in the module list. When I checked Module Management, I noticed that the main Blog module is disabled, and I was unable to enable it.

Seems working only with sqlserver. If I remove Databases = SqlServer, it become enabled but not working anymore on sqllite installation.
