Automate creation of OLVM enviroment

Automate creation of OLVM environment for testing. Probably use terraform or ansible for this.
The following needs to be configurable:

1. OLVM ovirt-engine VM shape, image, boot volume size
2. KVM host VM shape, image, boot volume size. All KVM hosts have same shape and image.
3. KVM host attached volume(s). Size and size (e.g. ISCI) specified per volume
   Number and shape of KVM hosts. All KVM hosts have same shape and image.
4. Existing VCN and subnet
5. Public key
6. L2 network
7. Pass in login creds

This issue includes the command for destroying the environment.
