Add insert and retract listener calls to the path using the cancelling update cache

In #249 a path was added that uses insertions and retractions of equal facts at any cycle of fire-rules to cancel each other out, thus avoiding further downstream in the rules network. The previous and still default path has listener calls to insert-facts! and retract-facts!. These listener calls are not made in the cancelling path in fire-rules. We should consider adding those calls and where it would make sense to add them.
