Temporarily remove leaked Java 14.1.2.0 P4-only files from GitHub sync

Delete 2 P4-only file(s) that were accidentally synced to GitHub.
These files will be restored in P4 after the Jenkins GitHub sync job
has explicit exclusions for the internal tool paths.
