LB creation naming is inconsistent #514
Description
load_balancer_util.go
when we create
NLB: we use: service.Namespace, service.Name, service.UID
LB the naming is just service.UID
the LB naming makes it hard for Admins that use the UI to determine which load balancer are used for which purpose
