Update doc for Tags of WebLogic Cluster on VMs in oracle doc

Currently, the following offers support Tags:

• WebLogic Server Single Node on VM
• WebLogic on VM
• WebLogic Cluster on VMs

Documentation Update

This issue is to update the documentation for the following resource:

Location: Modify the content table in the document as shown below.

Expected Result:

To deploy an Oracle WebLogic Server configured cluster, provide the required information in the following resource blades:

• Tags
• Review + create

Location: After the table Table 3-7 Fields in the Coherence Blade and before "After you specify the required details, click Next: Review + Create."
