ots privacy section: capitalize Ordpool + reframe Cloudflare caveat
Brand name is 'Ordpool' (capitalized), not 'ordpool'. Domain stays lowercase (ordpool.space). Reframe the Cloudflare caveat: they're in front for caching and DNS, not just DDoS protection. The CDN-metadata logging point stands either way; the wording is just more accurate about what role they actually play in the stack.
