Some LEDs on when Pico is unplugged from USB

When the Pico is plugged in then unplugged, some of the LEDs turn on. The DAC is unpowered at this point, so ???? Maybe either a stiffer pull down, or something active to pull down the DIM lines on the MPSes if there's no 3.3V?
