I use the public transport feature quite often on Organic maps. I don't have issues with the routing, but I like to see the details of the journey (intermediate stops, step by step, etc). I think the current implementation works fine if you are comfortable with the transportation network of the city, but otherwise you have to reference the map to actually understand where you are changing.
Describe the ideal solution
I'm thinking something like the following:
Nothing changes about the overview of the calculated route:
A tap on the route overview opens a drawer, which shows details of the journey, including the stations where one changes. (please excuse the mockup)
