Github Directory Sync (all components)

NOTE: this TRD is pretty small as the problem and solution(s) are both fairly straightforward and are essentially complete. They are also built upon an existing tool (auro sync) and act as an extension to this base functionality.

What's the problem?

We have .github/settings.yml files and entire .github directories that need synchronization up to n levels deep where n is the number of nested folders. Some components aren't quite up to date yet.

Our current auro sync doesn't support synchronization of arbitrary files and only allows for predefined synchronization actions using manually defined directory structures. We do support {{ handlebarsStyle }} variable interpolation already, but not against arbitrary files nested deep in .github folders or other folders in the future.

What is the solution?

We have the Github repo AlaskaAirlines/auro-templates that should act as our source of truth for these files, and it currently does for most components (with the caveat of directory structure mentioned above).

So, ultimately auro sync should be updated to:

1. Include CLI arguments for a branch/tag/specifier for which files to use
2. Leverage existing template replacement code to support variable interpolation
