how does AsBuiltReports handle accessing Sovereign Clouds like US GCC, GCC-H, China, US DOD?

I would assume that AsBuiltReport cannot be used within these environments given each environment's strict security controls. The scripts are not digitally signed so I assume this would immediately rule them out from being used. I don't have access to such environments so I can't provide any further information.
