Problem with installation

Hello, I have a laptop for studying on windows 11 25h2 (I installed it the other day). Recently, I noticed a very heavy workload in the task manager: 75% of RAM. Now I have decided to reinstall windows and download atlas os, but I am very afraid. I'm really thinking about windows defender and updates. Should I keep them or not? And anyway, the compatibility question, I saw you telling one user that compatibility with 25h2 will be supported in a few days, and if I reinstall the system today and install atlas os, how can I upgrade to 25h2.
