I don't understand why the Atlas Toolbox app doesn't want to translate to Russian. Please help.

I don't know either. It seems that the Russian language strings are correctly translated, though: https://github.com/Atlas-OS/atlas-toolbox/blob/main/AtlasToolbox/lang/ru-ru.json

You need to rename the ru-ru file to ru_ru in the lang folder.
