Migration documentation from RSK.Saml

I guess many Duende IdentityServer customers also use the Saml2P library from RocksolidKnowledge, as well as the SAML dynamic provider functionality.

It would be aweseom if you could provide a migration document from RKS.Saml to your new Saml feature. (including DB migration)
