自建web控制台是否可以实现单实例监听多个不同协议？

例如：
在启动easytier-web-embed时传入多个
--config-server-port 11101
--config-server-protocol udp
--config-server-port 11102
--config-server-protocol tcp
--config-server-port 11103
--config-server-protocol ws

我尝试过运行多个实例并配置不同的端口和协议且指定使用同一个数据库，遗憾的是这样配置无法正常工作。
