New City: Crest 🇫🇷

Hello,

We are starting this as a collaborative project with a few folks in town. As a way to learn how to use OpenStreetMap and also, to learn about the legacy of previous mayors.

We will gradually tag streets and label them (some of them are missing names in OSM).

Consider this as a work in progress!

You should have received an invitation to join @EqualStreetNames/crest.

Once you've accepted the invitation, you should be able to transfer your repository to @EqualStreetNames (if you decide to do so).
Once the project has been transferred, I'll take care of the last steps to publish the website and add Crest to the list of our cities. 🤩

I still need to figure out why the website deployment process ; I'll take care of it in the next few days.
