I was trying to fix it but i can't find the fabric mod key binding api v1
and i already have fabric

You need Fabric API. It's a dedicated mod that is separate to Fabric Loader. Many Fabric mods will need it. When you download mods, make sure you click on files/versions and then filter by Minecraft version and select 1.19.4. You also want to make sure you have the right version of forcecloseworldloadingscreen
