Greetings
I'am operating two java21 docker containers, running 2 fabric servers on two different versions (1.21.1 and 1.21).
Both servers contain 2 and 6 players, moving around the world normally (not flying or any kind of fast travel)
Using various tools, i was able to obtain the following metrics:

docker stats after 100 minutes of runtime of each server:
