How to install the VS Code Extension?

There's no information in vscode-extension/openclaude-vscode/README.md on the installation.
There's also this extention which seems to be unrelated but this the one you get if you search for the OpenClaude extension.

1. Clone & build

git clone https://github.com/Gitlawb/openclaude.git
cd openclaude/vscode-extension/openclaude-vscode

npm install
npm run package

2. Install in VS Code

• Open Extensions (Ctrl+Shift+X)
• Click ··· → Install from VSIX...
• Select the generated .vsix file

3. Open Extension
Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P) and run OpenClaude: Launch in Terminal.
